When you pay	Paid plans — the first charge when you subscribe, then automatically on each renewal date; point packs — when you buy.
When you get it	Immediately after payment.
Term and renewal	Paid plans are monthly or yearly and renew automatically for the same period until you cancel.
How to cancel	Anytime, from the Subscription page via the customer portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds	Within 7 days of payment, a full refund if less than 20% of the points have been used, otherwise a refund of the unused part. After 7 days, payments are generally not refundable, except for example where we are at fault. See Section 11.10 of the Terms of Service.
Points validity	Point packs — 180 days from purchase; plan points — until the end of the monthly period for which they are credited.
